WHY MY PRICES ARE SO MUCH MORE REASONABLE
  1. WiemersTech does not overcharge for computer services
  2. WiemersTech incorporates a flat rate trip charge whereas other companies are more arbitrary about the cost of the initial service
  3. WiemersTech does not have the overhead that large corporations do


 

RETURN POLICY

WiemersTech will fully refund any services that have not yet been performed up to one year from the date of their purchase.  After services have been rendered WiemersTech guarantees those services for 14 days.  If there are any issues related to my workmanship or unavoidable mechanical errors I will correct those problems at no additional charge (labor only).  The 14 day guarantee does not cover changes made by the client or other 3rd party.  Once services have been fulfilled no refunds will be issued but I will work hard to make sure my customers are extremely happy with any solution I provide!

Maintenance agreements are refundable only if no services have yet been rendered.  After that, client must exhaust their supply of maintenance hours.
